Paypal accepts payment in four times as many countries as Stripe, and has the reputation of being easier to implement in a web site. But the django-paypal module says they're not adding anything new, and that their unit tests don't cover everything. They sound tired. Also, it uses signals, and documentation on how to set that up is poor. And I'm too tired to hassle with it. Meanwhile, the django-stripe module sounds like they're vital and have recent pushes to their repo. Also, I implemented Stripe without a module in Jan. 2020, and it mostly works. I may go to django-stripe anyway, we'll see. Ron Newman 9/25/2021
